We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most of our coaching packages and courses. To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• No more than 25% of the course or session content may have been consumed or completed.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Customized or corporate coaching sessions are non-refundable once the kickoff meeting has been completed.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
